CAMDENTON, Mo. — A community block party and fish fry hosted by the Camdenton VFW will help the organization fund its new community center and restaurant.
VFW Post 5923 in Camdenton, Mo. will host its 2nd Annual Community Block Party & Fish Fry on Sept. 11, 2016 from 12-4 p.m. This year’s event will feature a 9/11 remembrance ceremony, live music by Mitch Shields and Magic Dragon Pipes and Drums, bounce houses, a dunkbooth, kids games, and a fish fry. The event is open to the public, and will take place at the VFW Post in Camdenton. Event proceeds will benefit the new VFW building project. The VFW also accepts donations, which are tax-deductible (501(c)(19)) and greatly appreciated.
